Purchases at RecetIA

Refund policy

Version refunds-v1 · Effective 2026-09-14.

This policy explains how RecetIA handles refund requests for subscriptions and digital eBooks, regardless of the payment provider available at checkout.

Subscriptions: cancellation is not a refund request

Cancelling a subscription stops its next renewal. Unless the management flow states otherwise, access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Cancellation does not automatically return a previous charge. To request a refund, you must submit a separate request so we can review the payment and the circumstances of the case.

eBooks and digital access

eBooks are digital content. Once downloading is enabled or access has begun, a refund may not be available, except when required by applicable law or when the content is defective or cannot be delivered.

If an eBook refund, reversal, or chargeback is approved, RecetIA may withdraw access and downloads associated with that purchase.

Payment providers

Web payments may be processed through Mercado Pago or Lemon Squeezy. The provider may display the transaction in its portal and participates in returning funds, but this policy and RecetIA's contact channel remain available without depending on a specific provider.

How we assess a request

We review the payment status, possible duplicate or unrecognized charges, technical delivery issues, use or download of the product, and the terms shown at checkout. We may request reasonable information to identify the transaction and prevent fraud.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights granted by applicable consumer protection law.

How to request a refund

Submit your request through the contact form and include only the information needed to locate the purchase:

  1. the email for your RecetIA account;
  2. the date, product, and transaction identifier or receipt;
  3. the reason for your request and any useful supporting evidence.

RecetIA will confirm receipt and communicate its decision through the same channel. When a return is due, the time for it to appear depends on the provider and payment method.

Contact

If you cannot identify the provider or access its portal, use the contact form for RecetIA as the general channel.
